Key responsibilities 

As a Retail Sales Account Executive; your role is to win market share in each of my door, grow the L’Oréal Luxe business and develop my team of Retail Brand Ambassadors. You’ll work closely with the Beauty Advisors, with their store management team and with our Retail Brand Ambassadors to ensure the negotiated plans are executed perfectly, their knowledge of our newness and pillers is appropriate to sell to our consumers. Finally, you’ll make sure the image of our brands is always luxurious, you’ll plan and execute events and provide sales support to each of my store.


Have a business growth mindset while beating the Market and achieve our sellout objectives:


  • Establish a strategic plan and identifying key opportunities in the territory
  • Monitor sales targets set for the year and monitor regularly to identify sales gaps and opportunities
  • Identify and communicate the challenges that arise during the year and identify possible solutions 


Maximize relationship with the stores with maximized in-store presence & events:


  • Book events/training/sales support in all priority and opportunity doors
  • Ensure optimal preparation jointly with the store at least 4 weeks in advance of the animation (objectives, booking and demo briefing, TOA, POS support, BA training)
  • Mutually agree on objectives for each initiative (sell-out, AUS, IPT, # of gifts, product focus) with store management
  • Respect call cycle guidelines provided & ensure it’s reported in the given tool
  • Continuously report competitive information (Salesforce, Teams, Channel Competition) on distribution, animations, product launch, share of heart initiative, incentive, communication with retailer 


Develop a "best-in-class" store teams (BAs and/or demos):


  • Systematically integrate training on the floor for BAs; allocating sufficient time for all brands and priorities
  • Ensure that all of BAs are trained via the Sephora platform, monitor and encourage store registrations 
  • Recruit, coach and develop demo team in conjunction with Influence within your territory; ensuring that ROI and KPIs ($200/Hour) are respected


Ensure that the fundamentals of Retail Excellence are respected:


  • Ensure absolute compliance with planograms, merchandising guidelines, testers for the pillars, and the cleanliness of gondolas/walls; during each visit; report any repairs (HLOL #) on the appropriate channel
  • Validate stock levels and escalate issues & code inconsistencies when necessary
  • Reporting of best practices/opportunities and challenges during the weekly conference call and teams platforms; keeping an open and solution-oriented mindset


Professional &Technical Competencies 


  • Deep understanding of retail landscape within the given territory and ability to drive business levers
  • Deep knowledge of brands products and retailer
  • Deep skills in makeup artistry, skincare advanced knowledge and fragrance metier
  • Understanding of LL different reports and ability to drive actions (top brand per region, top doors, WOB, etc)
  • Good understanding of IT systems (SAP, Teams, MS office, etc)
  • Analytical mindset to analyze territory / store performance 
  • Good organizational skills with optimization focus
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving license
