A Day in the Life 

This position will be responsible for product education collateral, both for new launches and historical assets. The role includes significant collaboration with and support of other functions within the DMI, including Product Development, Digital, and Marketing.  

Requirements 

  • High school graduate, college degree preferred.
  • Licensed Cosmetologist with extensive experience in hair color.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a fragrance education role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging educational programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital learning and social media.
  • Strong platform skills and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and facilitation principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate closely with Global and US Marketing teams to identify and develop education content and curriculum.
  • Oversee the deployment of RLF educational programs across various platforms, including online trainings, and both live and virtual shows & events.
  • Create strong brand events across three tiers to execute at point of sales across the world for launches and core product.
  • Collaborate with Fashion and RLF marketing to create strong synergies for Fashion events such as the US Open, Wimbledon and Australian Open
  • Train-the-Trainer Programs:Develop and implement training programs for internal and external educators to ensure consistent delivery of educational content.
  • Budget Management:Manage and optimize the educational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Performance Measurement:Track, analyze, and report on key educational metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation and Trends:Stay abreast of the latest fragrance trends, techniques, and technologies. Integrate new developments into educational programs to ensure stylists are equipped with the most current knowledge.

What We Offer 

Salary Range: $138,500– $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
