A Day in the Life

As a Direct Sourcing Co-Op, you will join our dynamic Operations team. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we bring products to life and support the strategic sourcing needs that make it all happen.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Drive Strategic Projects: Manage your own sourcing project from start to finish, including analyzing needs, coordinating with buyers and suppliers, and presenting your recommendations.
• Support New Launches: Play a role in our new launch process by assisting with project management, value analysis, and ensuring business continuity.
• Shape Category Strategy: Support the development of sourcing strategies by performing deep-dive analyses, identifying new approaches, and evaluating suppliers.
• Master Sourcing Tools: Create and manage essential documents like RFIs and RFPs, conduct bid analyses, and maintain our internal databases.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to learn and make an impact. You're a great match if you are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Highly analytical, with strong skills in communication and data management, particularly with MS Excel.
• An organized and proactive individual who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
• Core Skills for this role: Project Management, Analytical Skills, Stakeholder Management, Agility, and Business Acumen. 
• Authorized to Work in the U.S. Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
