Key Account Supply Chain Manager, Consumer Products Division

As a Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient logistics management. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Key Account Manager (KAM) to optimize supply chain levers and enhance overall customer experience. You will be responsible to: 

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic customers to drive end-to-end value through supply chain levers such as increased On-Shelf Availability (OSA)/On-Time Delivery (OLA), optimizing stocks in-trade, and reducing end-to-end costs.
  • Lead Supply Chain Meetings: Lead regular supply chain meetings with clients to establish collaborative sales forecasts and develop step-by-step roadmaps for collaboration.
  • Develop New Services: Identify, develop, and communicate new services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Take full accountability for customer satisfaction on assigned key accounts.
  • Drive Logistics Efficiency: Ensure compliance with logistical terms at both contract and operational levels, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Performance: Monitor supply chain performance and coordinate improvement projects across demand planning, physical distribution, and sales, leveraging customer feedback. Participate in building a solid customer service improvement plan based on the customer satisfaction surveys run. 
  • Facilitate Business Reviews from a supply chain standpoint, ensuring mastery of customer contract terms and proactively identifying risks.
  • Optimize Stock: Monitor stock in trade and propose optimization actions, including Vendor-Managed Inventory with collaborative customers for real-time stock data sharing.
  • Ensure alignment of catalog and product information between the Business Unit and the client.
  • Analyze shortage causes, including on-shelf issues, and propose corrective actions internally and with clients.
  • Coordinate information sharing on product quantities, phasing agreements, promotions, substitutions, and launches between the sales team and the customer.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and achievement of supply chain objectives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions and ensure uninterrupted supply to customers.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in relevant supply chain management software and tools.
