What You Will Learn:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Fully Supports an interdependent safety culture and works proactively to accomplish the safety mission in the plant of zero accidents.
2. Supports and embraces the Quality and Environmental missions of the Plant.
3. Capable of performing operational roles in the cell such as running lines and performing washouts. Provides operational support to the cell lines when needed.
4. Continually assesses the performance indicators of the cell and develops actions to improve L’Oréal Industrial Objectives: Safety, Quality and Productivity, with a short-term and long-term vision.
5. Assists in facilitating Performance activities.
6. Labor System Reporting.
7. Inventory Management.
8. Coordinates UP activity (operator line assignments, communication of line priorities, scheduling/requesting temporary employees, meetings and trainings)
9. Support staff development to ensure that all cell personnel can conduct production operation efficiently.
10. Responsible for 8-12 Employees including Operators & Temporaries and 6-8 Lines on a Shift.
11. Responsible for all training, coaching and performance reviews for operators.
12. Responsible for Technical Coaching & technical training of team.
13. Leads & Drives Line Improvement Teams, and holds daily & weekly Intervention for OEE Tracking vs. Goal
14. Is accountable for Safety, Quality, EEM, and Budget. Regularly audits Safety, Quality, GMP rules.
15. Ensure proper orientation/training of temporary employees.
16. Fully embraces a can-do attitude and the drive to lead others to excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0-3 years in a manufacturing management role, like industry.
Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, proven organizational
skills, strong technical skills, and mechanical aptitude, excellent
computer skills, coaching mentality, strong problem-solving skills.
