What will you do? 

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be the Online Brand Manager for the brand to plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that generate demand, awareness, and overall market share in online that is inline with brand and business objectives


You are expected to manage the following:

  • Collaborate across business teams as well extended marketing teams to plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that generate demand, awareness, and overall market share in online that is inline with brand and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities at key trade moments to deliver retailer and consumer centric initiatives using consumer and shopper insights data.
  • Understanding the e-shopper by online behavior, needs, and preferences to create a seamless and personalized ecommerce experience that drives sales and satisfaction
  • Champions the Online Brand plan for platforms including: Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl. transactional and search media)
  • Constructing content and marketing activation plans for e-retailers & pure players with the objective to influence retailers and gain synergies between brand digital activities, content strategy and e-retailer strategies
  • Participate in key retailer meetings with relevant account teams to ensure smooth progress on all trade plans and update the brand business unit in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and measure the success of all event and activations and evaluate results against KPI
  • Update activations budgets, track spends and carry out reconciliations


You’re The Perfect Match If

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Marketing Professional or E-commerce within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have knowledge of beauty industry landscape and trends, and stay up to date with market, consumers, and competitors.
  • A strong passion in digital knowledge
  • Have proven track of records in running marketing campaigns / projects independently and influencing brand’s performance.
  • Have practical experience of MS Office use
  • Have knowledge of market, consumer and brands and love building on categories shopper insights
  • Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
  • Are Fluent in English
  • Are pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results.
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network and building long term relations with customers
  • Have creativity- the ability to “think out of the box” and imagine creative solutions
