What You Will Do:

The BSM (Brand Supply Manager) will be responsible for managing the catalogue (saleable and non-sealable) for brand(s) within L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty, facilitating the coordination of inventory, understanding of trade-offs, and streamlining communication to key stakeholders across the organization.

 

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:

  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters to ensure the delivery of Service KPI
  • Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions, and streamlines communication to commercial teams through the local Customer Supply Chain Team (or through short-term Inventory Exception & Management meetings)
  • Communicates with the GS&OP to understand supply confirmation, analyze tradeoff decisions at market level, present options during IRM/S&OP meetings, and coordinates signature level allocation.
  • Coordinates with Assembly Planner to ensure confirmation of stock available based on confirmed supply from the GS&OP.  Under constrained situations, also manages allocation scenarios with business planning teams
  • Responsible for E&O review & management, and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities in the local market

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant business/supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
  • Results oriented
  • Ensure attention to detail
  • Ability to influence organization
  • Demonstrate ambition, empathy, resilience, learning agility and judgement
  • MS Office experience, strong proficiency in Excel with comfort analyzing/manipulating large data sets and presenting visually
  • SAP APO Experience a plus
