E- Key Account Manager

The E-KAM is responsible for the execution of E-Commerce strategies to achieve targeted sales by increasing brand’s online footprint, identification of latest trends and opportunities in e-commerce environment to contribute to the business’s overall growth and execution of action plans.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

Strategic Contribution: 

  • Ensure smooth execution of E-Commerce strategies across the ecommerce brand websites and e-retailers to effectively grow online sales.

Functional Policy and Procedure:

  • Ensure compliance of functional policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all e-commerce activities are consistent with the brand sense of purpose.

Budget Management & Forecasting: 

  • Mange the spending of E-Commerce budget and keep in check actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variations from alignment.

E-Commerce:

  • Execute an online e-business plan which includes product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within e-commerce brands websites and e-retailers.
  • Responsible to manage promotions along with E-Commerce team & lead to negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce top partners along with finalizing the E- Joint Business Plan (EJBP) after coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Execution of bottom-up activity and resource plan to deliver Sell Out and Sell In objectives.
  • Plan brand campaigns in collaboration with marketing, digital team agencies.
  • Negotiate and ensure key launches and marketing campaigns with e-commerce partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for successfully executing giveaways on live sessions, influencers’ campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure User Experience of the website including, Design & Aesthetics, Content and Navigation, Marketing/Branding, Performance, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns and activation of new launches.
  • Collaborate with Supply chain and third party logistics (3PL) to ensure accuracy in demand forecasting.
  • Setting supply chain and logistics processes for order delivery and promotional stock to e-partners.

Reporting:

  • Collect data and generate e-commerce partners sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.

Business Development:

  • Perform research to identify new market opportunities and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share.
  • Analyze market and competitive landscape, identifying new e-commerce trends and opportunities in the market.

Relationship Management:

  • Build relationship with key account to drive agreed business growth and turnover.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department’s systems, processes and practices while taking into account international best practices, cost reduction, and improvement of business processes and productivity.

Cross Functional Teamwork: 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, local agencies and overseas counterparts to implement best practice for the key ecommerce levers of search, navigation, content, ratings and reviews and execution of all of these where relevant.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Commercial, Marketing, Digital and Medial, Supply Chain Teams

External: E-Commerce Partners, 3rd Party Logistics and Distributors.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a reputable University.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2-3 years prior work experience within E-Commerce preferably FMCG sector.
  • Strong e-commerce experience in managing online websites within a retail/fashion or beauty environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
