Social & Advocacy Manager, Kérastase, Redken, Shu Uemura, Professional Products Division

 

The Opportunity

Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for the professional beauty industry? L’Oréal Hellas is looking for the Professional Products Division a high-energy Social & Advocacy Manager to lead the 360° communication roadmap for our iconic brands: Kérastase, Redken, and Shu Uemura. This is a hybrid role that combines creative content strategy, influencer advocacy, and high-level stakeholder management with our PR and Media partners. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader Kérastase, Redken, Shu Uemura.           

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Social & Advocacy Strategy Leadership

Design & Execute: Create the annual communication strategy for all three brands, ensuring a differentiated "Tone of Voice" based on each brand’s positioning & territory.

Omnichannel Alignment: Synchronize digital, social and media communication touchpoints to create a seamless brand experience for consumers and pros.

2. External agencies communication liaison

Act as the primary contact person for our PR and Media agencies. Lead briefings, provide strategic direction and ensure all deliverables align with brand strategic priorities.

Handle & execute all press releases, PR kits and build meaningful relationships with key media correspondents to maintain high brand visibility & publicity at the most suitable premium touchpoints.

Media campaigns content maximization: Collaborate with the media agency to medialize and maximize plans through influencers’ content creation.

3. Powerful influencers B2B2C strategy & monitoring

Track & create the most dynamic beauty content creators for each brand and shape the annual planning of deliverables aligned with launches & media planning.

Nurture a powerful network of hair stylists and manage pro communities in terms of content creation and educational activities maximization.

Design advocacy campaigns that translate brand values into authentic, high-impact digital storytelling.

4. Social Media & Content Creation Excellence

Lead the social media roadmap, producing "Instagrammable" and "TikTok-first" content that drives engagement and community growth.

Monitor global trends to implement "real-time" social opportunities.

5. Development of PR Events and trips – Local & International

6. Performance & Analytics

Analyze advocacy data & provide strategic recommendations to the Brand Business Leader & the team based on data-driven insights.

Who You Are

  • A Digital Native: You live and breathe social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and you know what makes a post go viral.
  • Strategic & Creative: You can think "big picture" while having a sharp eye for aesthetic detail.
  • Relationship Builder: You have the charisma to connect with stylists, influencers, and creative partners.
  • Multi-Brand / Multi - Project Mindset: You can seamlessly switch between the luxury world of Kérastase/Shu Uemura and the edgy, urban vibe of Redken.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Social Media, PR, or Advocacy, preferably in the Beauty, Luxury, or Fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills: to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
