Sales Operation & Sales Capability Manager

A. Key Job Accountabilities:

Ø  Sales Operation: under Commercial team, take full responsibility for all reports/ data/ processes to support for Sales team with support of 2 subordinates

·         Take lead and deliver all commercial reports (sell-out/ sell-in/ stock/ inventory,…) with fixed frequency and high accuracy thru closely working with distributors/ customers/ internal partners (supply chains/ finance,..)
·         Take lead for internal commercial systems and processes. Constantly review & in alignment with management team to revise to support for changing biz needs.
·         Responsible for all payment between Commercial and partners (customers/ distributors,..) on time in full
·         Manage total 3rd party employees (BA, Sales Rep,..) including: budget, execution monitoring, salary & incentive,…
·         Official communication/ announcement from commercial to all partners for price increase/ promotion.

Ø  Sales Capability

  • Under guidance of Sales Head, responsible to develop training program and execute training for all Sales Force team (Sales Supervisor down), focusing on sales and team management skills.

B. Requirements:

  • At least 3-year experience in Sales Operation / Sales Capability/ Sales Planning/ Sales Field. Commercial mindset with highly supportive for sales team is preferable.
  • Master in Microsoft Excels/ Pivot/ Reports
  • Good communication and ability to work across-functions effectively to manage complexity with multifunctional stakeholders (Marketing/KAM/Supply Chain/Finance)

  • Fluent on English
