[TRAPAC] Online + Offline Senior Business Analyst

The Travel Retail APAC IT Department of L'Oréal is looking for his/her O+O Business Analyst based in Singapore and covering the whole APAC region and reporting to the IT O+O Domain lead.



The O+O Business analyst will focus on analyzing business needs, exploring new solutions and managing projects in an agile environment but also manage the maintenance of some existing applications. The scope will be largely on the digital and retail excellence topics.


Project Management 50%:

  • Be the Business Relationship manager for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail & Media people on the Online (CRM, Media campaign…) and Offline (Brick & Mortar diagnotics solutions…) needs.
  • Analyze and Identify current Business processes to gain in simplicity & efficiency.
  • Lead Group projects new solution roll out in APAC region.
  • Manage relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams
  • Implement project (End to End) from business needs gathering till users training and post go-live support.
  • Be the key contact to communicate the business needs to IT teams for technical solution / support.
  • Share with its peer in Travel Retail EMEA and Travel Retail America on projects, needs, good practices.
  • Ensure the Secure by Design of our new applications.


Application maintenance 50%: 

  • Manage all incidents & demands managements (Application enhancement) on existing application scope (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan solutions…)
  • Lead audits & application licenses reviews
  • Manage the relationships with the Travel Retail Worldwide IT teams & Group IT teams.


Key Professional skills:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience 
  • Fluent English and good level of Mandarin (Ideal)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, stakeholders’ management
  • Strong Project management (Agile, V, hybrid…), end to end project management experience.
  • Understands Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail & Media Business context.
  • Redaction of business needs, technical specifications, training documents
  • Is able to animate Business workshops & train users on new process or new applications.
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.


Technical Skills Set:

  • Knowledge on Salesforce is a must.
  • Knowledge on Anaplan, PowerBI, Service Now, Sharepoint, Webapp, Ecommerce & social media.
  • Knowledge on ERP SAP is a plus.
  • Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch management, …)
  • Understand Cybersecurity requirements.
