A Day in the Life

As a Brand Education Manager reporting to the Brand Director, you will lead the education strategy for one of our iconic professional brands in Dubai. Your mission will be to inspire and upskill our community of beauty professionals, ensuring our brand’s DNA and technical expertise shine through in every interaction.

• Develop the Strategy: You will design and execute the annual education plan, managing the budget and leveraging all levers from in-salon training to our digital platform, L'Oréal Access.
• Drive Activation & Engagement: You will create compelling training content, manage the brand’s social media calendar, and lead our community of advocates and artists to drive brand love and engagement.
• Lead & Develop People: You will coach and upskill your team, manage relationships with freelance artists, and collaborate with field educators to ensure flawless execution of our programs.
• Measure Performance: You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to measure the return on investment and continuously optimize our education initiatives.
