Sales Planning & Operation Manager - Dermatological Beauty Division

A/ Main responsibilities, deliverables, and contribution of this job to L'Oréal VN

1. Sales Planning:

- Work with multi cross-functional teams to understand integrated business plans. Monitor and analyze current and historical market trends and customer demand patterns.

- Building the horizontal view in term of SISOSIT total Div by channel/brand/cate/KA and propose risk & opportunities for Commercial Dir.

- Do the adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance) and validate the sales forecasts, lead the sales pre-forecast monthly meeting.

- Conduct monthly forecast & manage the sales forecasts quality (including forecast accuracy & bias & action plan

- Manage the monthly sales forecast process and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process. Analyze risks & opportunities, compare gaps vs trend changes

- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies

- Work with commercial team for stock allocation & stock management across distributor & retailers.

2. Sales Operation:

- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to maximize sales performance.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Work with CDMO team to build the sales dashboard for commercial team.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales operations objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales operations objectives are met.

- Manage the sales operations budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient sales operations.

- Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate sales teams.

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.


B/ Most important qualifications, background and experience:

- Strong understanding of operational processes, excellent project management and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail

- Data analysis skill & logical thinking

- Problem solving

- Strategic thinker with a customer-oriented approach and a results-driven attitude.

- FMCG / Beauty Industry (both Online + Offline channel is preferable)
