A Day in the Life

As a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor – Contract in our Montreal corporate office, you will be a key driver of our business success by building the teams that will shape our future. You'll lead strategic recruitment initiatives for corporate functions across Canada, making a direct impact on our growth and innovation.

  • Lead Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: You will architect and execute end-to-end recruitment plans, using market intelligence and strategic sourcing to build robust, diverse talent pipelines. You will manage the entire process from initial briefing to offer and onboarding, ensuring excellence at every step.
  • Drive Campus & Early Career Engagement: You will lead our employer branding efforts on campus, designing and executing engaging activations, career fairs, and networking events to attract and secure the next generation of L'Oréal leaders.
  • Act as a Business Partner: You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, providing expert guidance on talent market trends and influencing hiring strategies to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Leverage Data for Impact: You will own your performance metrics, using data analytics to drive decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and report on key results and market insights to your stakeholders.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-focused individual with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate business needs into effective talent strategies and is committed to building diverse, high-performing teams.

You're a great match if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Fluency in both English and French to support recruitment across Canada.
