What You Will Do:
As the Director of Global Marketing for Face, you will lead the most significant and influential category at IT Cosmetics. You are the guardian of our global legacy, responsible for the strategy and growth of the #1 SPF in America—our iconic CC+ Cream—and a Face portfolio that defines our brand in the hearts of consumers worldwide.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will mastermind the future of the category at the intersection of high-performance makeup and advanced skincare. Your mission is to evolve our core "hero" pillars while identifying the next disruptive, hybrid innovations that keep IT Cosmetics at the forefront of the complexion market. You will serve as the global lead for Face, partnering with international markets to spearhead the DRIVE initiative. By ensuring a consistent brand message globally, you will turn our "Problem-Solution" philosophy into a unified experience for every customer. What We Are Looking For:
- Innovate the Face business with disruptive launches keeping the consumer at the core.
- Understand and implement IT Cosmetics global sense of purpose and distinctive positioning in the market
- Create and own an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience (ICC/360/Digital/Retail)
- Develop and lead the communication strategy for the Face portfolio worldwide (imagery, digital, point of sale) consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings
- Manage the development/product budget (global forecast, value analysis, brand profitability, development costs, etc.)
- Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
- Integrate strategic countries in the development process, interact constantly with the zones to promote the global brand strategy and to build the 3-yr marketing plan according to the global situation (competition, distribution, consumers)
- Continue to grow existing product collections; Identify key marketing opportunities to creatively drive brand awareness with maximum impact
- Work closely with Product Development to drive product, benefits, vision and overall message as defined by Senior Management
- Review and facilitate all 2D and 3D artwork inclusive of packaging, merchandising and promotional elements prior to presentation to Senior Management
- Lead the revamp of the Visual Merchandising process based upon industry best practices
- Promote the company in a positive light and bring the spirit of partnership to all interactions
- Manage, train and develop the Face team of 2.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience successfully guiding strategic marketing, branding and product management within consumer goods business. Experience within luxury and/or cosmetics is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of international markets, international assignment a plus
- Passionate about consumer trends and market needs within cosmetics
- Creative thinker who challenges the status quo

- Proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and against tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
- Salary Range: $128,000-$180,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
