Brand Business Leader Hair Category Consumer Products Division

As the Brand Business Leader for Hair, you will play a pivotal role in driving category transformation, architecting disruptive innovation, and owning the end-to-end growth of our most dynamic business unit. Reporting directly to the CPD Marketing Director, you will lead a team of five and act as the visionary catalyst between Consumer Insights,  Dynamic Consumer Marketing, Dynamic Advocacy, and Commercial Excellence to ensure L’Oréal Paris and Garnier remain the heartbeat of the Greek market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

    Own the 360° Consumer Journey: Lead the strategic roadmap for Haircare, Coloration, and Styling, translating deep insights into strategies that win Greek consumer hearts.

    Lead through Brand Building & Disruptive Innovation: Lead market-changing launches by blending unmissable media, "phygital" consumer journey, and data-driven advocacy.

    Act as a Talent Architect: Move beyond management to true leadership—creating a psychologically safe culture where your team of 5 feels empowered to take risks and own their business.

    Master the Art of Coaching: Act as a mentor, helping your team transition from tactical executors to visionary strategic thinkers.

    Cultivate Radical Empowerment: Drive a high-performance environment based on trust, accountability, and continuous feedback to help every team member reach their full potential.

    Influence the Ecosystem: Lead cross-functional growth by collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver a sustainable commercial "3ple win."

 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and senior Marketer with strong consumer, digital, and retail expertise to lead our dynamic Hair Category. Reporting directly to the CPD Marketing Director, you will lead and inspire a team of 5 brilliant minds to drive beauty innovation across L’Oréal Paris and Garnier.

To succeed in this role, you have:

    Senior Marketing Experience: 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management; additional Sales and/or Business Development experience will be considered a plus.

    Talent Development: A proven ability to develop talent from the ground up and a hunger to build a high-performing team culture.

    Leadership Capabilities: A demonstrated ability to lead through others, using empathy and agility to manage diverse personalities and work styles.

    Beauty & Marketing Passion: A deep, authentic passion for the mass market, beauty industry, and the marketing craft.

    Academic Foundation: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management.

    Communication & Influence: Fluency in English and Greek with the ability to navigate and influence at all levels of the organization.
