A Day in the Life 📝

As a HR Intern, you will report to the PDL & HR Projects Manager and you will be at the heart of fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, directly contributing to initiatives that empower our employees.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• 💻 Project Support: Assisting in the management and execution of key People Development & Learning projects.
• 💡Program Coordination: Supporting the coordination of internal training sessions and workshops, and handling all related administrative duties.
• 📈 Data & Reporting: Assisting with data entry for learning databases and reporting to help track training effectiveness.
• 👥Employee Engagement: Collaborating on various initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience and build a vibrant workplace community.

We Are Looking For 🔎

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within our finance team. You are a great fit if you are:

• A final-year student with a mandatory internship program from your University. An academic background in Psychology or Human Resources is a plus, but all disciplines are welcome.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and other digital collaboration tools
