Our portfolio is composed of 4 brands offering a range of skincare and haircare across the world; Vichy, CeraVe and La Roche-Posay being just a few. The products respond to all expectations linked to beauty and health of the skin: from dermatological and aesthetics skincare to natural solutions, from the most accessible ranges to the most premium ones.


You will


    Manage an established territory and develop existing customer business to increase their sell out and developing a new account acquisition plan within a specified location.

    Hit new account opening targets (number of doors and sales) by brand, set by your manager ensuring accounts opened are in line with the brand requirements.

    Train all new accounts in store and ensuring they have all the tools available for on-going success.

    Develop bespoke training plans for existing customers using all resources, L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty training platform, Webinar based education, Education Days in Gateway and where needed in store.

    Build relationships with all functions to support initiatives and drive your territories business.

    Work closely with key medical contacts and field teams to seek out additional opportunities.

    Support, where appropriate, the field sales team in hitting overall sales targets.

    Report weekly all required administration in a timely and accurate manner.


You have


    Proven track record in Sales, managing key accounts is essential with strong experience in delivering training. 

    Ability to listen and develop long term relationships with customers, to enable the team to drive repeat business post set up.

    Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing more than one brand.

    Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills.

    Passion for educating others.

    Good communication skills: Presents confidently and demonstrates the ability to convince others.

     Listens and interacts effectively with different interpersonal styles.

     Concise and clear communication.  

    Ability to build effective business relationships.

    Focus on delivering results, able to adjust priorities, manage time, follow up on actions.

    Confidence in the use of Excel and PowerPoint and adept at using I-pad and ‘Teams’ platform.
