A Day in the Life

As our new Continuous Improvement Leader in Prague, you will be at the heart of our Operations team, driving efficiency and excellence within our Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will lead a dedicated team of Key Users, Data Masters, and Portfolio Specialists, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain processes.


Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead & Develop: You will recruit, develop, and manage your team, fostering expertise in our systems and processes and implementing key organizational changes.
  • Drive Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities, leading projects and system enhancements to boost efficiency across the O2C cycle.
  • System Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, providing essential support, training, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to Group standards and prepare the O2C team for future transformations, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes like NEO.


We Are Looking For

We are seeking a leader with a strong drive to challenge the status quo and a proven ability to lead change. You are a perfect fit if you combine technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.


You have:

  • Experience in a Supply Chain role, with a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Finance, IT, and Distribution Centers, to drive projects forward.
  • Project & Change Management: Proven skills in managing projects from conception to completion and guiding teams through process changes.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and developing a team, with the ability to set priorities and inspire others.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and experience as an SAP SD Key User or deep knowledge of SAP SD processes.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An innovative and goal-oriented approach, with the courage to propose new ideas to senior management.
