Corporate Media Manager Benelux
What does your job look like?
As Corporate Media Manager, you are part of the Media Team, together with the Media Director, Digital Retail Media manager and Junior Retail Media manager. The media team ensures an optimal investment in media to grow our brands together with the business teams.
The Corporate Media Manager is the backbone of our media ecosystem in the Benelux. You orchestrate the relationship between L'Oréal and our external partners—from managing our media agency to building strategic partnerships with platforms like TikTok, Google/YouTube, as well as offline stakeholders such as DPG Media and Ad Alliance.
You'll collaborate closely with cross-divisional teams on two key fronts:
Partner and agency excellence: you'll ensure seamless coordination with our agency and drive (AI) efficiency in how we perform media. For our partners, you’re the main point of contact for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and innovation tests with key platforms.
Strategic and innovation enablement: you'll roll out cross-divisional projects and tools (IAS, Impact+, Ravineo) and act as the expert consultant for Media Leads across the organization.
You collect best practices, monitor performance through the internal dashboards, and ensure our media operations run with excellence across all four divisions of L'Oréal Benelux.
