To stimulate our Beauty Tech transformation, we have created the Tech Factory team, a product delivery organization (startup inside the big ship) to deliver transversal use cases that will drive the tech transformation of the group, covering all business and functional domains under a network of international hubs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Team lead role managing technical team for project delivery. Architecture design Integration flow and oversee all project development status and drive team to reach delivery excellence
• Perform technical team lead duties through design, build and maintain integration solutions using REST APIs, ESB, IPaaS, EDA/Microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Responsible for defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including Blueprint documentation. Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts.
• Architect and develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range.
• Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues.
• Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities
• Acting as key point of contact and work cross functionally with all product delivery leads on providing solution architecture decisions.
• Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics
