ABOUT THE DIVISION:

In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals). 

With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fuelled by +7.5k employees around the world.

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team, supporting all brands across the division!

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead the Annual RGM program from strategic development to embedment in the business and execution, across all key levers of pricing, promotion, mix, and PPA
  • Create customer growth profitability matrix in order to influence divisional Channel Strategy 
  • Monitor competitor pricing and make recommendations on pricing strategy post SKU level elasticity analysis, working closely with Business Development, Marketing and Commercial
  • Analyse ROI of promotions using PowerBI model, and share key promotional insights and recommendations to Commercial team in Quarterly promotional review
  • Analyse product mix, highlighting key profitable products for multi-functional focus (such a planogram double facings). In tandem, recommend least profitable products for range rationalization
  • Monitor Category format performance to influence Brand format strategy and new product development focusses
  • Lead whitespace projects across Commercial team
  • Create and maintain PowerBI tools to enable Revenue Growth analysis embedment within the business 
  • Work alongside counterpart Revenue Growth Managers within L’Oréal to share and reapply key success stories and case studies from the Revenue Growth space
  • Collaborate with Global Revenue Growth team, providing local market information where relevant to take part in Global studies 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2-5 years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • You will have a willingness to own the analytic direction to deliver category, customer and brand objectives
  • You will be a critical thinker and be able to analyse large amounts of data
  • You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • You will be comfortable with quantitative and qualitative measures and analysis to help drive in market activity
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills are essential for the role
  • Intermediate in Power BI.
