We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distributor Management System (DMS), for Consumer Goods Cloud.  

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of Salesforce data models and integration capabilities and experience with the latest Salesforce features. 

Key Responsibilities 

•    Design and architect Salesforce solutions, particularly in SFA and Lightning web components that align with business requirements. 

•    Develop and maintain complex data models within the Salesforce ecosystem 

•    Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems including SAP (via middleware leveraging API), Microsoft Azure cloud and Active Directory 

•    Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless and secure integration of Salesforce with existing L’Oreal systems and ensure compliance with L’Oreal’s security policies and standards. 

•    Collaborate with data teams to design and implement data integration strategies between Salesforce and L’Oreal data platform, ensuring data consistency, quality and governance. 

•    Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and incorporate them into solutions where appropriate 

•    Provide technical leadership and guidance 

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions 

Required Qualifications 

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 

•    5-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Solution Architect 

•    Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices 

•    Extensive experience with Salesforce, particularly SFA and  

•    Experiences with understanding in FMCG, consumer product industry 

•    Proficiency in frontend and backend Salesforce development skills, with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, SOQL. 

•    Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations (proficiency with middleware platforms and API integration tools) 

•    Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services relating to compute, storage and directory. 

•    Good understanding of networking and IT security concepts. 

•    Experience with cloud-based data platforms. 

•    Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect 

Preferred Qualifications 

•    Experience with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities 

•    Knowledge of other CRM platforms and ability to compare/contrast with Salesforce 

•    Experience in multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) 

•    Strong communication and presentation skills 

•    Agile methodology experience 

•    Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, data migration tools, and CI/CD methods.
