The Director- BETiq Adoption is an instrumental role within LUSA’s established and robust BETiq program; with the goal to augment marketer’s annual A&P budget decision making with data driven insights. Leveraging two key skillsets: expertise in marketing mix and performance analytics, combined with cross-functional leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategies and executive-level decision frameworks. Sitting at the crossroads of marketing analytics expertise, knowledge of modeling capabilities and strong stakeholder leadership to support this multi-faceted marketing effectiveness initiative that requires alignment across analytics teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
An ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mindset and have the capability to clearly articulate and apply business analysis and analytical learnings to continue driving adoption and full-funnel value creation for specific brands and at a transversal level. Strong communication skills (both oral and written), comfortable working across multiple work-streams and stakeholders simultaneously, contain a flexible/adaptable mindset (being able to adjust thinking on the fly), and have a lighter, patient approach in order to train others within the business teams (CDMO, media teams, brand teams, financial teams, global teams) on the tool’s working inputs and application of its outputs to their specific business lenses. Optimal candidate will also possess strong program management skills – timeline management, roles/responsibility assignments, task execution – for efficient and effective adoption.
For context: The BETiq tool is part of a larger transformation within the overall Groupe – evolving L’Oreal into a stronger data-driven organization; using data-driven decisions in strategic planning to maximize business ROI + effectiveness and in-market brand performance (sell-out share). BETiq is a quantitative tool which leverages MMM data and modeling (marketing touchpoint response curves) to provide output to business teams, informing them on how to maximize incremental sell-out while ensuring robust growth of brand equity.
