What You Will Do:
The Director of Payroll Operations is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and management of the organization’s payroll functions. This role ensures that all employees are paid accurately and on time, while maintaining full compliance with local, state, and international labor laws and tax regulations. The Director will lead a high-performing team and spearhead the continuous improvement of payroll systems to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.
Act as first point of escalation for complex payroll inquiries, ensuring a high level of "customer service" for all employees.
