What You Will Do:

The 12-MonthJunior Retail Sales Associate in our Luxe division will assist and support theVPs of Retail Sales & Business Strategies within the Sales COE. Thoseselected for this position will be:

Job Dutiesand Accountabilities

Product & ProgramAssistance:

  • Collaborate with COE across Luxe Brands tofacilitate communication
  • Support COE team to execute Luxe wide programsinternally & externally
  • Provide daily support to the VP team in tasks tosupport business acceleration
  • Assist team with media tactics, reporting &audits to drive brand enhancement
  • Collaborate on competitive Intel on ourcompetitors
  • Support the COE team in fostering therelationship with the Consumer Centricity team


Administrative duties including:

  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations for allVP needs
  • Assist team with all reporting & analyticalneeds
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, etc.based on business needs
  • Manage all retailer & stakeholder contactinformation
  • Ability to review data & analytics and offerinsight
  • Provide administrative support, includingmeeting set up & scheduling, travel & expense, and arranging businesstravel

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

       Bachelor’sdegree; must have graduated within the past 12 months

       Proficientin Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

       Excellencein Skypad, cube and all analytical tools

       Excellentwritten, analytical and communication skills

       Solidunderstanding of data management and ability to use Excel to organize data,create reports, and deliver meaningful insights and recommendations

       Self-starter,strong organizational and problem-solving skills - seeing how things can bedone more efficiently within the department & taking charge of the task

       Detail-oriented- on proofreading, follow-up, day-to-day work

       Highlevel of professionalism and ability to stay calm in times of stress
