We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head of Retail Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the retail operations setup within the commercial function. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the execution of brand activities and plans in the market, while tracking operational execution for accuracy and effectiveness.


You Will

  • Lead and oversee the retail excellence in the market and the retail BA organization. 
  • Lead and ensure that the brand activities and plans are executed well in the market, with full viability and agreed impact. 
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately check operational execution. 
  • Oversee the retail organization, including Beauty advisors and supervisors to drive retail sales.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy to motivate the retail sales team, training, rewards and incentive scheme. Ensure the retail sales force is clear about the business priorities.  
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure success of retail operations excellence.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure right plan and execution in place, with regular tracking report to deliver goals and objectives.


 You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  • 10 + years of experience in Retail Management, Retail excellence Activation with People management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside the organization 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Fluent  in English communication, presentation and written skills
