The Business Planning Manager is responsible for working with stakeholders to oversee Commercial planning and performance for the region team, defining strategic priorities, key drivers, and implementation timeline.

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to deliver operational excellence; provide strategic viewpoints and plan for actions to leadership team in driving changes and growth
- Identify sales core functions, define role & responsibilities within those functions and to determine commercial capability gap assessment in line with business objectives and put in place a prioritized calendar to address the identified needs.
- Develop and drive the sales force incentive and recognition program; build KPI for effective and efficient process for sales; support commercial functions in optimizing market, segmentation and targeting approach.
- Facilitate strategy & business planning in terms of method, process, tools, system & consolidation.
- Analysis and create commercial initiatives; lead efficiency and effective projects in partnership with other functions to address prioritized process improvement opportunities.
- Play a key liaison role between business stakeholders and supporting functions in terms of process and database alignment.
- Lead market research projects and consolidate market intelligence to provide holistic competition landscape

You have…
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred
- Financial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysis; prior experience as an advisor to or executive at an early-stage company a plus
- Advanced Excel proficiency. 5+ years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models
- Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, graphing, PowerPoint)
- Experience within Retail/FMCG
- A natural curiosity and a “big picture” mentality
- Experience conducting market research, including analyzing and synthesizing research reports and conducting primary research
- An understanding of marketing channels and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent spoken and written communication; comfort reaching out to and interviewing the company’s management, employees, and customer base
