General Description: Ensuring the most realistic vision of the division's turnover, through building accurate forecast and collaborating with internal stakeholders to consider launches, promotions and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization
- Lead the sales forecast process
- Monitor the stock levels and distribution across the three regions of KSA
- Build the baseline forecast
- Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches forecast projected by the Sales and Marketing teams
- Ensure forecast is built based on market trend (not target driven) by providing the relevant facts to support the conviction of commercial and marketing
- Develop, measure and continuously improve our key supply chain KPI's
- Ensure continuous communication on demand changes and stock impact with the team
- Ensure stocks are tracked and followed up from regional hub up until KSA
- Maintain a healthy stock mix and avoid OOS or high stock levels
- Follow up with sales in regard to turnover and reasons to backorders if stocks are available
- Weekly stock and backorder analysis to ensure the root cause is identified and fixed
