WHAT YOU’LL DO
* In charge of L’Oréal Partner Shop deployment & adoption incl. B2B E-Commerce strategy.
* Responsible for localization of the L’Oréal Partner Shop platform, driving & coordinating the adoption plan and change management process
* Project Management
* With in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will also support in defining new and more simplified mechanics to offer our customers promotions and value-added items as we transform the way our customers shop with us!
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
* Work with the marketing teams for your brands to ensure the new product workflow is completed and the products are uploaded to L’Oréal Partner Shop in line with the launch dates
* Manage the existing product catalog ensuring that any updates to products are reflected on L’Oréal Partner Shop
* Manage product attributes, filters and categorization to ensure everything is correctly organized on L’Oréal Partner Shop
* Merchandise the product catalog to drive conversion and maximize sales whilst also providing customers with the best possible user experience
* Update the cross-sell opportunities across L’Oréal Partner Shop with strategic products and selling opportunities
Content Management
* Manage the L’Oréal Partner Shop brand hubs for your brands; updating content slots and sub-brands assets according to the cycle to ensure the brands are accurately represented
* Create HTML content pages for key launches, promotions or divisional messaging. Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for asset creation or re-sizing is a plus
* Manage the L’Oréal Partner Shop blog, ensuring all the latest content is organized and showcased to drive traffic
Promotion Management
*Update the promotional page with assets and copy for your brands in line with the promotional cycle
*Collaborate with the Systems Admin team to ensure qualifying categories and product bundles are created correctly
Analytics
*Update the Site Search report and identify any opportunities to increase conversion and reduce ‘no results’ pages
*Use Google Analytics to monitor site performance such as pages viewed, conversion rate and bounce rate. Analyse the impact of changes made on site and react to them accordingly.
*Share insights with teams to influence the assets and activity they brief in for L’Oréal
B2B ECom Sales Optimisation
*Be the point of contact for the Commercial Support and Customer Care teams for queries relating to customer information, orders, promotions and pricing.
*Conduct & coordinate ongoing training for all users, including on-boarding new users
*Regular meetings with sales team and support them on the field
*Field visits to best to make sure we prodive the best experience to our B2B partners
