Reporting directly to the General Counsel of L’Oréal Chile, you will be responsible of addressing a diverse catalogue of legal matters, which could be related to corporate, data protection, competition law, consumer, labor and regulatory. It is expected that you are able to provide legal and business oriented advise to different internal clients, such as marketing, trade, commercial, supply chain, operations, among others, ensuring the compliance of our conduct, the efficacy of the solution proposed, the efficiency of the process and a secure way to reach the aim. Will be required that the person in this role behaves ethically in every moment and understand that the importance of a correct process is a key element of L’Oréal way of competing.


You will also lead on the:

- Design and implement legal and compliance programs in order to provide the tools our business needs. The idea is to minimize, through well-though plans, the impact of our case-by-case decisions.

- Manage different kind of litigations, coordinating internal and externally the different parts of it and preparing every stage of them.

- Have permanent contact with our external advisors, ideally on a daily basis.

- Close-up different legal topics to the business and provide them tools to perform their functions better.

- Prepare diverse kind of trainings, specially designed to the audience, understanding how legal can be of help to others.


  • 3-5 years of experience as lawyer.
  • Bachelor degree in law. Further studies in corporate, labor, consumer, competition, or data protection will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ideal but not required to have worked with retail.
  • Be curious and task oriented.
  • Empathy is key.
