In this context, Measurement is more than ever a priority as we seek to better understand the efficiency and efficacy of multiple touchpoints and provide strategic recommendations to the business to maximize impact across the full consumer funnel (Upper Middle Lower). As a Global team, we are fully transversal across the organization, working closely with zones, divisions, and top markets. MMM are at the core of our measurement program, being a key methodology to better allocate our budget across touchpoints. More markets are having access to these studies and alignment between them, divisions and zones is more important than ever, in methodologies and inputs / outputs.

 

Driving MMM Program across the organization

The role reports to the local ROI/BETiq PO, in the CMI team and is within the local CDMO Team. 

The mission will consist of leading the Measurement expertise at the local level. Main responsibilities are:

  • Follow MMM Compliance Book to align data, methodologies, and outputs across all divisions & brands
  • Work closely with the data team to express MMM needs and make sure we improve the data quality in our models for new touchpoints but also existing ones, beyond only media
  • Support MMM data validation when necessary upfront launching studies
  • Ensure model delivery meets all internal guidelines / processes
  • Validate model outputs, and challenge our providers to improve their models when necessary
  • Support and offer guidance to users / business partners in the use of the budget recommendation to derive key insight for the markets
  • Educate users through trainings to develop our capabilities internally, to acculturate marketing and media teams in a more data driven approach for their decision process
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to feed global teams building internal ROI product roadmap            
  • Steers and coordinates MMM projects with partners operationally                                 
  • Challenge our providers on innovation (statistic approach or new business granularity etc…) for both short term and long term models
  • Leading / supporting ad-hoc projects on measurement (ie. Sales Lift studies, geolift etc…)

 

Your background

  • 3-7 years of MMM and measurement experience (consulting companies, advertiser, or publisher)
  • Expertise on other Measurement studies like sales lifts studies, brand lift surveys, conversion lifts etc...
  • Expertise in Digital Media platforms and their formats (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok)
  • Good knowledge of all Paid (Offline + Online), Owned and Advocacy media channels

  • Advanced Statistical and Analytical skills
  • Very good project management skills - eager to show them when running multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication skills to align multiple stakeholders in a complex organization, building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Pro-active Mindset: be aware and propose new approaches to answer the business requirements, and be able to challenge our partners on their measurement approaches
  • Ability to multitask and navigate in a complex environment, and coordinate different partners
  • Strong expertise in building powerful documents (Powerpoint or similar) to show results, upskill users, communicate clear guidance and engage audience
