The Digital & Advocacy Manager, will be responsible for developing the visibility of the relevant brand on all social media in order to help strengthen the positioning and increase the engagement and trust of the relevant consumers.


Key Activities and Responsibilities


Creators & Communities

Support in building the pyramid of digital influencers with focus on lower funnel

Identification of local communities, scouting and activation of MICRO and NANO influencers, relevant to the brands of competence

Creation of strategies that help the development of UGC

Relationship management with OneLove agency

Coordination with Team Media for boosted content and studio activations

Supporting the Communication team in the development of digital activations of brand Ambassadors and top influencers, which remain the responsibility of Communication Mgrs.


Commerce Partnerships

Support the Communication & Div team for the development of retailer activations

Extend advocacy and UGC content on Owned sites (if required) & Full Funnel

Oversee customer service agency moderating comments on social (if required)


Trends & Insights

Social listening: monitoring and listening to the brands' network Analysing and monitoring the competition to actively nurture the marketing strategies of the relevant brands.

Analysis & Reporting: monitoring of KPIs and analysis of digital advocacy results for the
