The Mission:

I am a PRODUCT MANAGER FRAGRANCES. I am accountable for launch and day to day brand management, strategy and planning in collaboration with all key services. I am responsible for brand consumer expertise / insights, the annual plan, the potentialisation and strategy of projects and their local adaptation. I analyse the performances of launches & catalogue animation work hand in hand with Zone & DMI.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expert of the product category, building consumer knowledge by Axe, Franchise, Product, working closely with the data & insights team.

Build corresponding Strategy for brand & categories managing relative FPP budget and 360 consumer activation plans

Act as driver to ensure Brand Identity across different channels, overviewing the different assets created by the team.

Drive with teams O+O execution of launches and catalogue, with special focus on partnership with the merchandising team

Define and execute the annual brand/category marketing plan leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty.

Own the responsibility of forecasting for new launches, from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Demand Planning.

Provide sales forecasts for products / categories, working closely with the Business Planner/Sales

Create and manage the delivery of local content, liaising with Zone, DMI, the Brand Activation team, the Media team and agency.

Share knowledge with the team, to deliver Internal Buzz for launches & update the team on Results (Sell out Tracking).

Analyze performance, tracking sell-out, ROI and working closely with finance on the profitability of products range.

Analyze sell-out and performance of brand catalogue and competition.

Participate in key meetings to present launches such as Sales Canvass.

Support the Brand Business Leader in building strategic presentations such as Zone, Budget and media presentations

I am connected with zones & DMI to leverage consumers insights & products portfolio.

 

Competencies and skills:

• Trade marketing or product marketing experience of 2-3 years

• Solid knowledge of brand positioning and related category

• Retailers’ business model knowledge (online / offline)

• Financial skills FPP management

• Beauty industry knowledge and commercial acumen

• Analytical skills and creativity

• Managing complexity
