Visual Merchandising Manager – Luxury American Brands


 Are you passionate about Visual Merchandising and know how to bring creative concepts to life in a fun and unique way?

We are on the lookout for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join L’Oreal UKI’s Luxury American Brands team, specifically Urban Decay and IT Cosmetics and be a key player in driving our new Indie Beauty Strategy. A DAY IN THE LIFE 

POE Support (Point of Experience): Manage the implementation of instore activations. Ensure that the brand’s image standards/guidelines are met and that online and offline customer experiences link seamlessly to each other New Stores & Refits?Work in partnership with Retail Design teams to challenge and adapt the global vision to UK market needs. 

Adapt POS navigation to ensure it aligns with brand strategy

Manage the logistics of the roll out of our new stores ordering POS, testers and visuals

VM Strategy & Communication  

Strategically manage VM calendar (including lightbox and visual calendar) ensuring wider team is clear of POS OCDs and sharing overview of updates for counter for each launch Building & Maintaining Key VM Databases 

Ensure lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date Guidelines & Store Visits

Manage the VM Apprentice to ensure stores are receiving the correct POS. Support the field teams, ensuring they have all tools and guidance to achieve in-store excellence. Manage in-store communications (e.g., planogram updates, retail VM guidelines, brand visibility calendar). Ensure you visit stores on a monthly basis Visit stores when required. Project & budget management & cost-conscious mindset

Work closely with our suppliers to ensure our Holiday animations are installed correctly and all our stores receive the updates their updates Budget Control & Management 

Effectively manage and control VM costs for both brands ensuring no overspends Competition tracking:

Monitor competitors’ activities both online and offline

You can Strategically lead on visual merchandising initiatives to achieve retail excellence instore

You strive to create best-in class, customer-centric experiences that 1) drive ITC & Urban Decay brand image (young, edgy, luxury), 2) hero brand pillar products, 3) champion diversity & sustainability at every opportunity

You are collaborative and work well with wider teams to deliver best in class retail spaces for your brands

You are an experienced people manager and you are able to coach, inspire and lead  the VM Apprentice 

Lead and inspire a VM team who is committed to create a diverse, efficient and fulfilling workplace
