Innovation Workshop Co-Op

To assist with the general overall admin and logistics associated with Innovation workshops and brainstorms.  Tasks include:

  • Manage printing
  • Share team communications
  • Order and manage food & beverage logistics
  • Purchase and organize/inventory supplies and workshop materials
  • Handle AV equipment, music on speakers
  • Take photos, film and video record events
  • Scribe notes
  • Register and greet guests and business partners
  • Plan and manage local ground travel
  • Oversee room set-up and take-down
  • Time keeping


  • Organization and time-management

  • Active listening
  • Comfort with basic technology (e.g. typing on computer)
  • People skills and poise
  • Pro-active (jump in and help attitude)
  • Resourcefulness
