What You Will Do:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide preventive, proactive legal advice and solutions on a broad range of human resources and employment law topics, reporting directly to L’Oréal’s Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Employment Law. You will exemplify strong managerial skills and sensitivity as a key member of a multi-cultural, fast-paced, global workforce. Day-to-day, you will:
· Assist in investigating complaints of unfair or inappropriate treatment of employees.
What We Are Looking For:

· J.D. degree from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials.
· Solid judgment with exemplary respect and integrity toward others.
