Position Summary:

I am Assistant Community Manager. I am accountable for direct social community management. I execute on analytics, data, and ad-hoc admin support as well as provide back-end support.

Key Responsibilities:


Support in competitor analysis and trend research to help drive social strategy
Support social advocacy and bring it to life across different channels and activations
Support community management


Support in monthly reporting of performance, points of improvement, market KPIs, and markets branding / voice monitoring.
Monitor DMI delivered campaign performance and adoption and provide social listening to inform future campaign optimization


Create monthly packages of content for new platforms – ex: Tiktok, which is very different from other platforms
Work with agencies on Tiktok content production
Monitor, education, and serve as the internal expert on emerging / first-to market opportunities and technologies
Support in the creation of social platform guidelines


Kiehl’s is the number one brand in community management; bulk of responsibilities is around maintaining this status and providing support to all local markets
Support in the creation of FAQ guides for channels to get on new animations, ongoing communications, and any other considerations. Ensures translation to local languages and ensure execution.
Enable the markets to answer common consumer questions on social media
Create engagement tactics for tier A campaigns and new launches to support local markets during animations
Monitor local market posts across all platform ensuring adherence to Kiehl’s creative guidelines


Digital native or digital immigrant with experience and frequent usage of Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook in addition to key social analytics tools
Experience building digital awareness campaigns – preferably in beauty and international contexts
Tools: Net Base, Sprinkler, Rival IQ, Domo
