Brand Engagement Manager for Luxury Division Skincare Brands

Now we are looking for a Brand Engagement Manager Skincare Brands!

You will…

  • Build the communications vision, strategy, and plansworking closely with the Brand Business Manager and the Product Managers, as well as with the DMI and Zone teams​
  • Drive integrated brand communication across channels & partners and ensure consistent delivery. Act as guardian of consistency and relevancy for brand’s communications
  • Ensure we work together to build innovative Comms & Influencer initiatives that build brand love
  • Drive Public Relations with press, influencers, and publishing partners​
  • Contribute to setting, managing, and tracking of communications budget​
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer cooperation; contract management, deliverables, and execution of local shoots​
  • Engage in conversations with different communities. Offer consumer care in appropriate tone of voice and build loyalty
  • Define the brand social media strategy, as well as the social media calendar.​ Plan and execute social media events
  • Review performance of communications initiatives & assets. Drive improvement of content & campaign performance with the team
  • Drive Shared Learning sessions for the team & wider community on key topics e.g., social insights, media trends etc.​

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in brand communications, preferably from FMCG industry. Beauty related experience will be an asset
  • Digital savvy. E-com related experience will be considered an asset
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You can easily navigate from a detailed to a topline view
  • You can work in a fast-paced, fast decisions environment
  • You have excellent collaboration skills
  • You are both creative and an experienced PowerPoint and excel-user
  • You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work
  • You are fluent in the English language
