The Business Manager will be responsible for representing the brand as a true ambassador. They will lead their team in exceptional service, target achievement and create brand awareness within the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall retail target for counter is met
  • Ensure retail personal sales & master strategy targets are achieved by each team member

  • Motivate, monitor & develop team members  building on strengths and assisting with weaknesses

  • Build strong & positive relationships with team, store management, RBM & Head Office

  • Closely monitor stock holding levels, raise & rectify stock issues following retailer guidelines

  • Follow & implement company merchandising guidelines

  • Ensure all Account paperwork is produced neatly, accurately & to deadlines

  • Effectively manage account rota ensuring maximum coverage at peak trading periods (to be flexible and meet the needs of the business)


  • Gain Market share for the Brand – Improving ranking

  • Competitor awareness – New products (innovation), Eventing, Marketing, Media etc

  • Business to Business Networking – Building new customer base

  • Analytical skills – appraise the business strengths & weakness – critical path to solutions for success

  • Constantly develop knowledge of the brand and competitor brands & products

  • Successfully plan & execute key product launches

  • Offer excellent customer service to all internal & external customers

  • Create high profile relationships with staff, store & customers

  • Carry out annual appraisals to develop stars of the future for the brand

  • Confident presenting skills -  coaching staff , business to business, store management &  RBM
