The Professional Product Division (PPD) is looking for a passionate, curious and energetic commercial candidate to join the Amazon Team as E-Key Account Manager. They will be responsible for ownership, management, and acceleration of specific brand portfolio business on Amazon, including planning, sales forecasting, sales reporting, user experience and all levers that drive sales.

Sales & Financial
• Responsible to achieve Amazon sales target forecast on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Responsible for ongoing sell in and sell out sales forecasting and planning
• Manage and track allocated budget, maintaining respective audit trails
• Deliver on revenue and profit objectives
• Monitor online ecommerce and paid media KPIs, optimizing towards targets
• Analyze risks and opportunities and animate the action plan with team
• Provide weekly sales call for portfolio of brands
• Define annual promotional animation plan

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hair care and professional product market
• Identify shopper and ecommerce trends for business growth and implement initiatives and action plans.
• Execute go to market and animation strategy for the Amazon channel
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to increase the impact and ROI of activation across the entire digital funnel
• Liaise with content team to optimize brand merchandising and consumer experience based on sales forecast, animation plan (SEO, Rich Content, Brand Stores)
• Troubleshoot catalogue and compliancy issues


• Together with the rest of the Amazon team, act as a centre of competence and expertise
• Collaborate with internal brand, commercial and supply chain stakeholders to ensure inventory availability, content, and animation plan
• Present monthly to brand leadership team business results

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in  Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma)
• Seasoned sales and account management experience
• E-Retail or Amazon experience a plus
• Selling & Negotiation skills
• Understanding of online / digital metrics
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Highly competitive mindset & Business results oriented
• Ability to work in wide variety of projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to build relationships within a matrix business environment and handle diverse audiences
• A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organization
• Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset
• Fast learner – ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
