The Person Will be Expected to: 
  • Manage the local relationship with retailers, shop managers, and generic staff on board
  • Manage L’Oréal Travel retail sales Teams in different countries. Manage the Promoters budget and activities
  • Manage the retail excellence: Retail animation, merchandising, sales incentives. Identify opportunities in shops and inform the Area Manager
  • Support the Area Manager to build the yearly budget and following the Trend
  • Follow the sales figures on a monthly basis, and take actions to improve it and reach the targets
  • Monitor our stock position 
  • Work with the regional Trainer to build the best training plan for our Brands and retailers
