Responsibilities:
  1. Handle the administrative follow up, organization and preparation of the elements required by the organization
  2. Handling claim from distributors, handling stock and inventory reporting.
  3. Provide the necessary follow up and information for the organization to distributors and salon partners
  4. Ensure budgetary monitoring of the sales department
  5. Ensure the whole reporting and billing process is completed in timely manner
Requirement:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as distribution/warehouse admin or sales admin
  2. Understand the fundamental of business process in FMCG company
  3. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data crunching
  4. Willing to commute and travel outside from home base
  5. Willing to be enrolled temporarily for 5 months
