The Keyholder is responsible for achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goal established by the Management team. Provide support with In-Store Operational and Human Resources Responsibilities. Assist with training and ongoing development for the store team. Execute short- and long-term plans to achieve goals in support of the business strategy. Responsible for Product and Brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store. Develop superior customer service relationships and nurture repeat business. Conduct oneself with integrity, respect and professionalism.

  2. Ensures that all customers receive the highest level of service.
  3. Achieves or exceeds Sales Plans. Maximize selling during heavy traffic periods.
  4. Ensure sales floor is supervised appropriately.
  5. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing all necessary steps of customer transactions.
  6. Creates long-term relationships with customers and nurtures repeat business.
  7. Makes appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
  8. Exhibits updated product/ingredient knowledge and application.
  9. Maintains awareness of competitive activity and communicates relevant information to Store Manager.
  10. Opens and closes the Store and its registers.
  11. Strictly enforces appropriate stock control procedures.
  12. Train staff and supervise the enforcement of company cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  13. Model a highly productive service environment by providing consistent training & coaching to Kiehl’s Customer Representatives
  14. Utilize technology (Ipad, POS, and other retail software) to better service to post-covid customer demand
  15. Assist in maintaining store presentation standards
  16. Assists with inventory counts, merchandise calendar, sales promotions, and events as necessary.
  17. Ensures proper cleanliness and hygiene of Store at all times.
  18. Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety, and security procedures.

  • Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of retail store experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent graduate education.
  • Languages: Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Travel: Do not require traveling. 
  • Systems: Basic computer knowledge.
  • Licenses and/or Certifications: Aesthetician or cosmetology certification, preferred.
