Within the corporate communication of L'Oréal, we are looking for an Internal Communications Content Manager  that will directly report to the Director of Internal Communications.

He/she will work closely with a peer at the Internal Communications team and together will co-manage an intern and monitor their dedicated budgets.  


The key accountabilitie of the Internal Communication Content Manager is to produce engaging content for the 82,000 L’Oréal employees worldwide, with the objective of turning our employees into our best ambassadors and to fueil the internal communication ecossystem through some actions.


  •  Develop engaging content across some of our “must know” thematics, including Corporate, Human Resources, R&I, CSR, Philanthrophy, Digital, IT & Operations, always with a journalistic tone;
  • Being innovative, staying aware of the trends & best practices to enrich the job and the team’s global Content factory;
  • Develop engaging Content in collaboration with the Brands, the Countries, the Zones, the Divisions and the Métiers;
  • Articulate the content strategy with the different L'Oreal Digital Platforms.
  • Work close to the countries to make sure the right cascading of news at local level, and that Headquarters are aware of best practices developed by the countries;
  • Organize an Editorial Calendar with all content actions, in a way aligned with the External/Media Communications Plans, and make sure content is delivered on time;
  • Measure the performance and the impact of the actions through tests and ROI to drive more efficiency;
