What are we looking for?
Sales & Operation
- Set sales targets at POS level to aligned with brand ambition in growth, market share & market ratio
- Develop and implement action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Review & implement operational procedures and share best practice to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide sales reports and franchise analysis, field team KPIs & productivity reports with recommendations for management review
Beauty Advisor Management
- Ensure BAs adherence to brand’s policies and grooming guidelines
- Participate in recruitment of beauty advisors, counter coaching & developing BAs to ensure the achievement of productivity and sales targets
- Lead and motives field sales team to achieve sales targets & provide excellent service
- Support My Beauty Club engagement & support execution of Mystery Shopper action plan
Retail Excellence - Counter Management & update
- Regular store visit & present in field, ensure operation is smooth & effective
- Monitor brand(s) assortment, management of stocks & SLOB, OOS tracking
- Develop incentive scheme to motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets
- Respect of brand merchandizing guideline & marketing plan
- Anticipate usage of tester, GWPs, sampling & well managed on counter
- Coordinate & execute promotional to drive incremental sales and follow up promotional budget & review promotion ROI
- Lead & monitor the execution of brand retail operations standards
Retailer / Market Intelligence
- Report relevant information from the field (new brands to watch, competitor footprint, distribution, promotion activities & events)
- Store level negotiation on additional generic space to increase share of voice
- Manage store manager / team leader relationships
- Passionate with prior experience in strategic planning to achieve sales targets & KPIs
- Strong business sense with analytical & problem solving skills
- People management & excellent relationship management skills
- Proactive, dynamic team player and able to work under pressure in fast paced working environment and meet deadlines
- Experience & passion in beauty and luxury industry is highly regarded
- Experience managing, motivating and inspiring field team
- Fluent in English, mandarin is a plus.
