E NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER –

CONSUMER PRODUCT DIVISION


As an experienced National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving an ambitious ecommerce growth agenda, co-developing and implementing the ecommerce strategy, owning the total plan within your respective channel and working with the multi-functional account team and broader stakeholders to activate against the plan.

You will be a key member of a multi-functional ecommerce business unit with the mission to win serious market share online. Working alongside and collaborating with experts in media, merchandising, brand activation and shopper marketing.

You are the owner of the account and channel performance scorecard, where ecommerce specific KPIs are reviewed (e.g merch compliance, PM ROAS, conversion %+/- etc). You will have shared growth and P&L responsibility with the commercial teams for driving an agenda of profitable growth gross-REX. You will build and develop ecommerce specific contact strategies beyond commercial trading, to unlock incremental activation opportunities including performance media, CRM and implementation of services, bringing in expertise from within CPD and CMO to work on the activation accordingly.


Agree growth and activation targets for ecommerce with key stakeholders, regularly track & communicate the progress
Set and align teams to the ecommerce strategic priorities for the channel. Develop retailer centric ecommerce strategies for the channel; identify joint objectives and build business plans for mutual growth.
Present internally & externally, to multiple stakeholders, leading on ecommerce KPIs and actions, activation and target tracking across the channel.
Develop and communicate the account ‘execution playbook’ to best execute CPD brands on site and use Edge metrics internally & externally to drive content excellence on our retailer websites. Develop and update the retailer activation roadmap.
Ensure ecommerce is at the forefront of the retailer discussions internally and externally. Develop cross-functional relationships with retailers to unlock incremental activation opportunities.
Partner with Head of ecom Media to implement media plans and oversee negotiation and implementation of CRM & performance media activities, working closely with internal experts to maximise ROI.
Partner with the Online Brand Management community and Traffic Trading Manager to maximise brand traffic with promo period, on-site visibility and to maximise ROI on traffic driving media by negotiating strong retailer support.

Educated to degree level
Highly numerate – strong analytically

Highly organized with prioritization skills.

Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
Strong influencing skills – you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution
Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
Experienced in managing complexity within a fast paced sales / retail environment
