Salon Activation Manager - PPD

The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair, skin and beauty products. Thanks to our global brands like L'Oréal Professional, Kerestase, Redken , Pureology, Matrix & Biolage across the world, we provide professionals and consumers with better, safer and more sustainable professional haircare, experiences and services.

You will 
  • Develop and Execute everything needed for the Go To Market Strategy for SALON/STYLIST CHANNEL (French Brands) Day 1 of every cycle whilst supporting KAM/Natacc cycle promo​
  • Under the authority of the Commercial Director French Brands develop and execute an annual French Brands commercial calendar with the Pro, PPD division and brand strategies at the heart​
  • Mobilise and work with mutli functional team (LPS, Marketing, Logistics, Education, etc.) and field force partner agencies to execute the field force action plan every cycle ensuring  internal business processes take place on time and in line with the  respective rules
  • Work alongside Commercial Director French Brands on development of new commercial policy/terms for salon/stylist channel and lead the implementation​
  • Define with French Brands marketing and LPS team all FB commercial activations (product launches, deals or animations) and implement within the salon/stylist channel (French Brands, KAMs, NATACCs). 
  • Lead, along side the Commercial Director French Brands, the Regional Managers Meeting and contribute to the planning for National Commercial Activation Meetings​
  • Work alongside Marketing to deliver salon ready sell in tools and stories​
  • Lead the data collation and distribution for all qualitative and quantitative objectives (turnover, sell out plans, launches, assortment, space and visibility, incentives, promotional animations, etc.) according to the region.​
  • Effectively prepare clear messages for senior management as well as between field and HQ​
  • Drive the development and optimisation of (existing) processes and operational systems to support the business needs, embed sell out mindset and put the Pro 1st​
You Have 
  • Salon industry knowledge is essential ​
  • A commercial or marketing background with a proven track record is required. ​
  • Excellent excel skills​
  • A proven track record setting and tracking against multiple targets​
  • Drive to achieve results​
  • A growth mindset and actively look for new solutions​
  • Excellent communication with experience of building relationships  and influencing across functions and all levels of seniority​
  • A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity. ​
  • Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly. ​
  • Strong planning and organisation skills – with an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as required to meet deadlines. ​
  • Strong coaching skills 
  • Recruit, coach and lead Salon Go To Market experts. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in the Salon Activation team​
