NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – GROCERY ONLINE
CONSUMER PRODUCT DIVISION
As part of the next stage of our Ecommerce acceleration, L’Oréal Consumer Products Division are seeking to appoint a new E-NAM for the UK Grocery channel. The E-NAM for the UK Grocery Channel will be the driving force for the strategy and execution of the consumer products brands in our major Grocery customers. This is a critical, must win area for the future of the business.
Reporting into the GM for Ecommerce and dotted line into key account Customer Business Managers, this is an entrepreneurial role and developing new ways of working will be encouraged.
You will have the ability to champion your channel and challenge strategic direction within L’Oréal with the Commercial Managers and General Manager.
We are seeking for a high impact, super-collaborative individual who can bring huge amounts of energy and entrepreneurialism to this most exciting of growth opportunities.
Assortment Management and Prioritisation
Work in collaboration with the account Customer Business Manager to negotiate and align online business plans, integrated into the overall account planning process, to create strong retailer alignment with regular reviews of joint KPIs.
Ownership and accountability of the e-marketing budget by retailer.
Negotiate and maximise investment to drive e-commerce.
Development and ownership of an online eventing calendar. Working between brand and commercial teams to bring to life new initiatives to drive growth at key moments in the year.
Joint Media Planning
Work collaboratively with brand and CMO teams to ensure paid search strategies are maximised in the channel
Spearhead relationships with online media teams at the retailers to explore joint activation opportunities.
Work with retail partner to unlock data insight into traffic, engagement and conversion
Be an expert of e-commerce/e-retail best practices both internally and externally. Coach and transfer expertise to Account Manager and Marketing Teams internally to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail and marketing plans
Feed into our 3rd party agencies to ensure that considerations for channel in search and media are taken into account.
Work with our partners and our own customer supply chain teams to improve the logistic needs including product availability and specific deliveries
