POSITION SUMMARY 

A Trade Marketing Project Manager within L’Oréal Middle East’s Luxe Division aligns the retail design, marketing, supply chain and sales efforts by conceiving and developing Go to Market strategy according to global brand codes and local priorities.

KEY PERFORMING INDICATORS (KPI):

  • Develop and coordinate key design projects (openings/renovations)  and new tools for different types of distribution
  • Develop and follow global guide books for different types of distribution
  • Monitor the performance of projects taking into account budget and time constraints
  • Permanent planograms

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • new store renovations and openings
  • Expert monitoring on time management, budget management and display stock management
  • Responsible to maintain accurate distribution database for all types of distribution
  • Responsible for ordering of display items through local, global or regional purchasing
  • Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across global, regional and local marketing teams on visual strategy through collaborative efforts
  • Consolidate the merchandising opening books
